Who bears the costs of the return?
The costs of returning the products are always borne by the buyer. The costs depend on the offer of the shipping service provider you have chosen. We recommend shipping with tracking so that you know where your package is at all times.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
The items ordered are delivered within 7 to 10 working days with standard Hermes shipping. However, it can happen that the package takes longer. In most cases, this is due to the fact that there are repeated surges in orders, which can then lead to a high level of processing effort. Shipping can take up to 12 working days in this case, but is usually shorter. The information on the delivery time is a guide and does not guarantee that the delivery will be made within the above-mentioned period, as the delivery time depends on various unforeseeable factors (such as pandemics, storms, strikes, etc.) over which we have no direct influence. The shipping option climate-friendly shipping is more environmentally friendly and helps to reduce the CO2 footprint and therefore usually takes 10-14 days.

Which products can I return and which not?
You can exchange all products in their original condition within 14 days. This time runs from the receipt of your order. If you want to return or exchange something, please download and fill out the returns form from our website. Send this form together with the returned products directly to us! We do not accept returns without the returns form. Worn maternity belts, diaper inserts and clothing cannot be exchanged or returned for hygienic reasons .

The delivery time for designer furniture is 3-4 weeks. Shipping is free to Germany.

Because it is a one-of-a-kind item. We cannot accept returns unless the customer can prove that there is a production error/quality defect or that the delivery caused damage. The return is paid by the customer and costs an average of €100. Please contact your carrier for more detailed information on return costs.

    How does the returns procedure work?
    Pack the products you want to return well so that they arrive undamaged. Fill out the returns form completely, put it in your return package and send it to the following address:

    Take the package to a post office of your choice. Here you will normally receive proof of postage. Keep this until the return has been fully processed. This is your proof that the package was actually sent and can be requested in case of loss in transit.

    Once we have processed the return, we will refund the amount to the account number you provided on the returns form. If you haven't received your refund after 14 days or haven't heard from us, please contact us!
