Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal
When purchasing items on alamea-shop.com, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision:

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Please note that all physical returns must be sent exclusively to our storage facility listed below. You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
General information
Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging materials. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Our refund policy Who bears the costs of the return shipment? The buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs. These costs depend on the rates offered by your chosen shipping provider. We recommend shipping with tracking so you can see the location of your package at any time.
Which products can I return and which cannot?
You can return all products in their original condition within 14 days, except those excluded for hygienic reasons. This cancellation period begins upon receipt of your order. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please download the return form from our website, fill it out, and send it along with the returned products directly to our storage facility. Used pregnancy support belts, diaper inserts, and clothing are excluded from exchange and return for hygienic reasons.
How does the returns process work? Where to send your return:
Pack the products you wish to return securely so they arrive undamaged. Complete the return form, place it in your return parcel, and send your return parcel exclusively to our storage facility:

Take the package to a post office of your choice. You will usually receive a shipping receipt there. Keep this until the return has been fully processed. This is your proof that the package was actually sent and can be requested in case of loss during transit.
Once we have processed the return, we will refund the amount to the original payment method used for the order. If you haven't received your refund after 14 days or haven't heard from us, please contact us!
