Important International Shipping Information
For orders to the USA, UK, Switzerland, and Australia, we utilize our eco-friendly shipping method.
All-Inclusive Service: We cover all applicable customs duties and import taxes (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). You will not face any additional charges upon delivery.
Tracking: Every order is fully tracked from our facility to your doorstep. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Carrier: Your package will be handed over to a local carrier (e.g., USPS, Australia Post, Royal Mail) for final delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you have the right to cancel your order within the statutory period of 14 days after receipt.

Furniture Returns: Please note that for large items shipped via freight carriers (such as baby furniture), the buyer bears the cost of the return transport. These costs typically amount to approximately $200 (approx. 190 €), depending on the respective carrier.
