Who bears the costs of the return shipment?
Return shipping costs are always borne by the buyer. These costs depend on the shipping provider you choose. We recommend using tracked shipping so you know where your package is at all times.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Ordered items are delivered within 7 to 10 business days with standard Hermes shipping. However, it may occasionally take longer. This is usually due to high order volumes, which can lead to increased processing time. In this case, shipping can take up to 12 business days, but is usually shorter. The delivery times are guidelines only and do not guarantee delivery within the stated timeframe, as delivery times depend on various unforeseeable factors (such as pandemics, severe weather, strikes, etc.) over which we have no direct control. The climate-friendly shipping option is more environmentally friendly and contributes to reducing the carbon footprint, and therefore typically takes 10-14 days.
Which products can I return and which can't I return?
You can use all products except the ones listed below in original condition return within 14 days. This period starts from the date you receive your order. If you wish to return or exchange something, please download the Return form Download the form from our website and fill it out. Send this form directly to us along with the returned products! We will not accept returns without the return form. Worn maternity belts, diaper inserts and clothing are excluded from exchange and return for hygiene reasons.
Delivery time for designer furniture is 3-4 weeks. Shipping is free within Germany. Because each piece is unique, we cannot accept returns unless the customer can prove a manufacturing defect/quality defect or damage occurred during delivery. Returns are the responsibility of the customer and cost an average of €100. Please contact your shipping company for more detailed information on return costs.
