The ordered items will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days with standard Hermes shipping. However, it may be that the package takes longer. Most of the time this is because there are frequent surges of orders and this can then lead to a lot of processing effort. In this case, shipping can take up to 12 working days, but is usually shorter. The delivery time information is a guideline and is not a guarantee that the delivery will be delivered within the above-mentioned period, as the delivery time depends on various unforeseeable factors (such as pandemics, storms, strikes, etc.) over which we have no direct influence. Which products can I return and which cannot?

You can return all products, except the products listed below in their original condition within 14 days. This time begins when you receive your order. If you would like to return or exchange something, please download and fill out the Return Form from our website. Send this form directly to us together with the return products! We do not accept returns without the return form. Worn pregnancy belts, diaper inserts and clothing cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.

The delivery time for designer furniture is 3-4 weeks. Shipping is free to Germany. Because it is an individual unique piece. We cannot accept returns unless the customer can prove that there is a production defect/quality defect or damage occurred as a result of the delivery.
