Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

If you purchase items on www.alamea-shop.com, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods or has.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Willy Trotno, Roderweg 34, 56566 Neuwied, Germany, Tel.: 01773314812, email: office@alamea-shop.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. b a letter sent by post or email) informing you of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a different type of delivery than the one offered by us, cheapest standard delivery) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees due to this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back to us, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us, alamea e.U, Roderweg 34, 56566 Neuwied to return or hand over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

A return to an address other than the address provided by us will not be processed and there can be no refund of the payment amount or cancellation of the invoice.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address is outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

General information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use if necessary protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage paid.
3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Our Refund Policy

Who bears the costs of the return?
The costs of returning the products are always borne by the buyer. The costs depend on the offer of the shipping service provider you choose. We recommend shipping with tracking so that you always know where your package is.

Which products can I return and which cannot?
You can return all products, except the products listed below in their original condition within 14 days. This period of possible cancellation runs from receipt of your order. If you would like to return or exchange something, please download and fill out the Return Form from our website. Send this form directly to us together with the return products! We do not accept returns without the returns form. Worn pregnancy belts, diaper inserts and clothing cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.

 

    How does the returns process work?
    Pack the products you want to return well so that they arrive undamaged. Complete the return form , place it in your return package and send it to the following address:

    Take the package to a post office of your choice. Here you will usually receive proof of shipping. Keep this until the return has been fully processed. This is your proof that the package was actually shipped and can be requested in the event of loss in transit.

    Once we have processed the return, we will refund the amount to the account number you provided on the returns form. If you have not received your refund after 14 days or have not heard from us, please contact us!
